Annual maintenance of your air conditioning helps improve
the efficiency of your system. When systems are not checked on an annual basis
it allows for the build up of dust and dirt that is then circulated around the
home when the system is in use. Not only is this harmful to your health, but it
also increases your chance for a costly future breakdown. Regular maintenance
can add several years onto the useful life and prevent breakdowns in the long
